The petition has been filed to relax the conditions petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of six months in paragraph no.3 of the order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6593 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5979 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
