When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the impugned transfer order dated 18.01.2016, the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. Therefore, he would submit that this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the afore said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as the matter has become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
