The petition has been filed to relax the conditions petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders, without fail specified in paragraph no.3 of the order dated 29.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7192 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6034 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
