Today Mr.R.Manibarathi, appearing for petitioner and Mr.Mohd Fayaz Ali, learned Standing Counsel, would jointly circulate a copy of proceedings dated 22.11.2024 passed in compliance with the directions under order dated 11.01.2024, though adverse to the petitioner.
