This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 06.08.2024 transferring the petitioner from Tirupattur branch to Ambur on administrative grounds.

2. Heard Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.Aswin, learned counsel for respondents.

3. The main ground urged by learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner belongs to the Trade Union affiliated to the opposition party and therefore, the petitioner is targeted and hence, the transfer order is questioned on the ground that it is attended with malafides.

4. In the considered view of this Court, there are very limited ground to interfere with the order of transfer. The Trade Unions, which are functioning in the transport corporation, are invariably affiliated to the major political parties. Therefore, there is always a tiff between the Unions. The transfer order states that the transfer is made only on administrative grounds. This Court is not able to find any ground to sustain the allegation that it is a malafide transfer. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of transfer. 2/4
