2. Mr.S.Wilson, learned counsel appearing for the State Human Rights Commission would submit that the proceedings will be concluded within a period of six months.

Considering the fact that both the Members of the Human Rights Commission have retired and only the Chairman is available, we request the Commission to dispose of the complaint within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
