The prayer sought for in the present contempt petition is to punish the respondent for committing contempt of courts of order of this Hon'ble Court dated 06.01.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.31166 of 2014.

2. When the matter was called on 07.09.2018 and 05.10.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the final report has already been presented before the jurisdiction and the charge sheet has been filed on 18.08.2017. As such, it cannot be said that there is willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
