Detention Order in No.413/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 27.06.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of mother of the petitioner / detenu Mrs.Sumathi, W/o. Iyyappan, aged 44 years, now confined in Special Prison for Women at Puzhal before this Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner :

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Mrs.R.Subadra Devi, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents are before us.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board), vide proceedings dated 12.08.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4995, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
