The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417 and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
