Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has challenged the order of the 1st respondent dated 01.03.2016 in and by which, the petitioner's prayer for cancellation of the Documents, viz., Sale Deeds, bearing Nos.9540/2007 dated 10.10.2007 ; 5197/2011 dated 24.05.2011 ; and 6435/2011 dated 21.12.2011, has been rejected.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that even as per the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 01.03.2016, the petitioner was granted liberty to file an appeal against the said order before the Inspector General of Registration, No.120, Santhome High Road, Chennai-28. 4.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 5.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
