Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the lands measuring 2.37 Survey No.108/2A & S.No.108/3, at No.38 Madavilagam village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvlalur District, identify, fix boundary stones and hand over possession of 3 cents to each petitioners as per assignment order dated 20.04.1994 of the second respondent by removing encroachment in the above said lands and by taking into consideration of petitioner's representation dated 28.4.2016.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We find that the subject matter of the writ petition has already been dealt with in terms of the orders of the learned Single Judge dated 19.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.25681 of 2015 (S.Umadevi and others v. The District Collector, Thiruvallur District and others) filed by another set of petitioners, who are apparently identically situated as the petitioners herein.

2. We are thus of the view that no additional directions are required to be passed in this petition, except that the same direction would equally apply to the petitioners herein.

3. We are however informed that the order dated 19.08.2015 apparently has remained unexecuted. This aspect will be looked into by respondent Nos.3 and 4 and necessary action in accordance with law be taken within a maximum period of two months of the receipt of the copy of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
