2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the suit is filed for declarations that the sale deeds specified in the suit are null and void and to put the plaintiff in possession of the suit property. She further submits that the suit property is situated at Anna Nagar, Chennai, which is within the jurisdiction of this Court and that this application is filed because the subsequent transferees reside outside India.

4. Upon examining the plaint and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that this application is liable to be allowed in view of the fact that the suit is filed to cancel the sale deeds in respect of the property situated at Anna Nagar in Chennai and to put the plaintiff in possession thereof.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to institute the suit as against respondents 5 to 19 before this Court.
