2016 deploying the petitioner from the 5th respondent school and consequential relieving order issued by the 4th respondent - Assistant Elementary Educational Officer Na. Ka. No. 905/A1/ A2/ 2016 dated 16.08.2016 Quash the same and further direct the 3rd Respondent to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th Respondent School Which the petitioner is legally entitled to.
