ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.11.2021 for the offence under8(c ), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act , in Crime No.755 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on regular checkup, they found that the petitioners were in possession of 1.300 kgs of ganja. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have been falsely implicated in this case and that they have been suffering incarceration for more than 60 days from 09.11.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that the petitioners have three previous cases pending against them and investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that he was involved in this case and the petitioner has got previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
