The claimants in M.C.O.P.No.213 of 2020 have filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw the M.C.O.P.No.213 of 2020 pending on the file of the Special District Judge, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of the District Judge Court at Tiruvallur on the ground that the petitioners are unable to travel from Tiruvallur to Villupuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent / Insurance Company has no objection for the said transfer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above factors, the proceedings pending on the file of the Special District Judge, Villupuram in M.C.O.P.No.213 of 2020 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the District Judge Court, Tiruvallur.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
