2. The petitioner, who is a member of R2 Society, i.e., TPSPL 55 Sinjuvadi Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, a farmer, has made a representation dated 17.03.2021 before the first respondent seeking waiver of crop loan in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 08.02.2021, issued by the Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department.

3. Multiple representations have been given, the earliest one dated 17.03.2021 and the most recent, dated 09.02.2022. Mr.Dinesh would accede to the receipt of representations and assure the Court that the first respondent will hear the petitioner and dispose the representations, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
