Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 and further direct the fourth and fifth respondents to take suitable action and give necessary police protection not to re-occupy the Panchayat land by the respondents 6 to 9 situated in survey number 50/4 at Malathikkan Village Panchayat, Saron Post, Thiruvannamalai Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 and further direct the fourth and fifth respondents to take suitable action and give necessary police protection not to re-occupy the Panchayat land by the respondents 6 to 9 situated in survey number 50/4 at Malathikkan Village Panchayat, Saron Post, Thiruvannamalai Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that on the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.08.2022, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.594/2022, and the authorities concerned will take action on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 and to take suitable action on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
