O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 108 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent to any other Competent Authority.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that a proposal was made by the respondent to transfer the investigation to the District Crime Branch, Ranipet. Based on this proposal, the entire investigation in Crime No. 108 of 2024 has been withdrawn from the file of the respondent and transferred to the file of the District Crime Branch, Ranipet.

3. In view of the above, the District Crime Branch, Ranipet, is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
