ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.11.2021 for the offence under8(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act , in Crime No.53 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on regular checkup at train, they found that the petitioners were in illegal possession of 1.3 kgs of ganja. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have been falsely implicated in this case and that they have been suffering incarceration for more than 40 days from 06.11.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail.

5. On considering the quantity of the contraband goods, which needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
