The petitioner filed this petition to condone the delay of 292 days in seeking to set aside the order of dismissal dated 12.10.2022 made in W.P.No.41804 of 2016 and restore the same on file.

2. Though the 4th respondent has been served with notice and his name is printed, none appears for the 4th respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the appearing respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to the delay being condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the restoration petition, if it is otherwise in order.
