This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on para 5(a) relating to deposit of the fine amount in C.C. No.4507 of 2012, which has been ordered vide order, dated 31.07.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No.10734 of 2024 in Crl. R.C. No.1238 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner underwent a surgery recently in the month of March 2024 and therefore, he was unable to do any job and earn. In such circumstances, the petitioner himself was fully dependant on the income generated by his father and therefore unable to mobilise the funds. In view of the above, learned counsel prays for modification of condition imposed in 5(a) with regard to deposit of fine amount vide order, dated 31.07.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No.10734 of 2024 in Crl. R.C. No.1238 of 2024.

3. This Court is not convinced with the aforesaid submissions and there being no other material to take a different view, no case is made out for modification and accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 23.09.2024 vsi2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
