These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 475 days in representing the main CRP.SR.Nos.25879 & 25877 of 2018, which was returned for rectification of certain mistakes.

2.In order to rectify the same, the petitioner had to get the certified copy where there has been a delay and that is the reason, this delay in representing the papers. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence from this Court to accept the said delay.

3.Considering the plea mede by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisifed with the reasons stated therein, in the respective affidavits filed in support these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
