COMMON PRAYER: These Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1972, praying to punish the respondents for the wanton and willful disobedience of the common order passed by this Court in M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2015 in WP No.27170 to 27173 of 2015 dated 31.08.2015.

Pleader (Puducherry) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the contempt petition is filed against the interim order passed in M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2015 in WP No.27170 to 27173 of 2015 dated 31.08.2015 However, a writ appeal has been filed with reference to the same issue, which is now sub judiced before the Division Bench of this Court.

2. This being the factum, no further consideration is required in respect to the present contempt petitions and the same stand closed. No Costs.
