dpa/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned 15th Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and the same was taken on file on 29.03.2023 in C.C.No.503 of 2023. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
