The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the course namely Post Graduation in M.S (Orthopedics) completed by the petitioner was recognised by the Medical Council of India, and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 4 and 5, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
