This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution of the above writ petition in W.P.No.26518 of 2012 dated 18.07.2022 and to restore the same.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.R.Babu and print the name of Mr.M.Ashwin, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

4. Post the writ petition on 03.04.2024.
