This petition has been filed seeking police protection on the complaint dated 11.10.2017. Now, three years period have been lapsed and the present position of the petitioner has to be ascertained. Therefore, after lapse of three years, the police protection cannot be entertained on the basis of the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 11.10.2017. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint, fresh cause of action before the concerned Police. With the above direction the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
