The challenge made in this Criminal Revision Case is to the order dated 02.08.2017 passed by the Family Court, Vellore in FC.MC.No.91 of 2014, whereby, the case filed by the petitioner / wife seeking monthly maintenance of Rs.30,000/- per month from the respondent, was dismissed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent / husband submitted that during the pendency of this case, the petitioner got remarried. 3.On the other hand, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through her learned counsel, on the previous hearing i.e., on 10.02.2020 as well as today. 4.Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
