ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition challenging the order of the first respondent in ref No.E1/17582/2003 dated 03.11.2003 and seeking a direction to issue direction to the 1st respondent to approve the petitioner Association as one of the member of the respondent NWDPRA organization (National Water-Shed Development Project of Rainfed Area).

2. Today(06.09.2017), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Murugaian, learned counsel representing the petitioner's counsel Mr.S.R.Balasubramaniam submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is Dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.39610 of 2003 is closed.
