This Application has been filed to restore the C.M.A.SR.No.38682 of 2020 dismissed for default on 04.08.2022 for not complying with the returns made by the Registry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company submitted that he was unable to comply with the returns made by the Registry and therefore, prayed for allowing this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same,this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
