This contempt petition is filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.01.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No. 24690 of 2012. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel on either side that the order passed by this court has been complied with by the respondent by issuing proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.4060/M2/2022 dated 22.01.2025. In view of the same, contempt petition is closed.
