No.DR.114366 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicants / intending plaintiffs seek leave to sue the respondents before this Court for infringement of trade mark and passing off and infringement of copyright. Learned counsel for the applicants referred to the invoice at page 265 of the typed set as evidence of commercial sale of the product bearing the impugned mark within the jurisdiction of this Court. He also placed for consideration evidence of the sale of the applicant's products within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon examining the material documents and the draft plaint and affidavit, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the applicants are granted leave to sue the respondent before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
