This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash all the proceedings in F.I.R. No.179 of 2019 on the file of Inspector of Police, CCB-I Police Station, Mylapore, Chennai-4.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 21.02.2023 and it is yet to be taken on file by XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
