O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in his capacity as the Secretary of the Thiyagi Viswanadhadoss Nagar Kudiyiruppu Nala Sangam, Kaladipet, Chennai - 600 019.

2. According to the petitioner, he along with the respondents 2 to 5, in their capacity as the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Joint Secretary collected money to the tune of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.50,00,000/- from the members of the Society. After collection of the said money, the respondents 2 to 5 dropped the Petitioner from the Society and they have not produced the accounts for the same. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to produce the statement of accounts collected by the first respondent from respondents 2 to 5.

3. The petitioner has sent representations to the respondents 2 to 5 to produce the statement of accounts of the said Society and of course he has marked a copy of the said representation to the Registrar of Societies (Chennai North), the first respondent herein also. The marking of a copy to the first respondent by itself will not create any right for the petitioner to seek a Mandamus in this Court. The dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 is purely an internal dispute between the parties and the members of the Thiyagi Viswanadhadoss Nagar Kudiyiruppu Nala Sangam, which they can agitate in the manner known to law and in accordance with law.

4. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
