The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioners' construction work on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners' dated 24.02.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had obtained a decree in O.S.No.245 of 2010 and in pursuance of the same, they started their compound wall construction work. But the proposed accused had demolished the drainage outlet on 06.02.2016 and when it was questioned by the petitioners, he made criminal intimidation against them. Therefore, the first petitioner has given a complaint on 12.02.2016, for which, C.S.R.No.33 of 2016 has been assigned. Since the respondent has not taken any action, the first petitioner has given a representation seeking police protection on 24.02.2016. Since no order has been passed, the petitioners have come forward with the present petition for the above stated relief.
