Seeking extension of parole for a period of two months to the convict - Abraham @ Rajasekaran, Son of James David, aged 71 years, Convict No.16844 IP No.51122 confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore, the present petition has been filed.

2.Considering the submission made, particularly the fact that the condition of the convict appears to be still precarious, we are inclined to extend the parole for four more weeks i.e., till 08.10.2019. The respondent shall file status report on the health condition of the convict. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
