The petitioner, alleging that she has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Erode to consider and dispose of her bail application that will be filed by her under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.92 of 2013 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Erode, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Erode, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with her surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
