Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 29.10.2021 for transfer of patta.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 29.10.2021 for transfer of patta.

2. The petitioner filed petition before the second respondent seeking patta in respect of property comprised in survey No.521/3 and 521/1, Andiya Koundanur Village to an extent of 41 acres. The said request was rejected by the second respondent and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent and it is pending. Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal of the petitioner dated 29.10.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
