It is submitted by the applicant in these applications that the dispute with the respondent have been settled and he prays for permission to withdraw these applications. 2.An endorsement in this regard is made in these applications. Recording the same, petitioner is permitted to withdraw these applications and these applications in A.Nos.4557 & 4558 of 2022 are dismissed as withdrawn.

3.Therefore, in view of dismissal of these applications as withdrawn, restraint order passed in this Court on 31.10.2022 restraining i)Rev.S.Jeba Lazer, ii)D.Immanuel Rajasekaran, iii)Rev.A.S.Johnkirubagaran, iv)R.Dhayalan Dansingh v)S.Justin Prabhu & vi)S.Gnana Sekaran from taking charge, is vacated.
