1. This WMP is filed to order substituting the legal representatives of the 3rd Respondent in the above WP, Padmini, namely, (1) M.G.Sreedhar, S/o.M.Gnana Sundaram, (2) G.S.Ayajeurish, S/o.M.G.Sreedhar and (3) Miss Prabhanja Sherashree G.S. in place of the 3rd Respondent, Padmini.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for allowing this application. Hence, this application is allowed, as prayed for.
