This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the CMA.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the matter in the usual course.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents in the cause list.
