The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-2 and A-3, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294[b], 336, 427, 392, 397 and 506[ii] of IPC in Crime No.176 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that these petitioners had waylaid the de facto complainant and robbed his cell phone, wrist watch and cash of Rs.1,400/- from him at knife point.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated as accused in the present case.

4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent opposed to grant bail to the petitioners contending that the first petitioner is involved in four previous cases and the second petitioner is involved in three previous cases to his credit.

sri 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
