No.746/2023 by doing favour to the fifth respondent accused to escape him from the clutches of law and consequently, directs the first to fourth respondents to disburse the compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs Only) to me as a medical expenses since I am a kidney failure dialysis patient and also 85% handicap person who suffered by the fourth respondent police under the guise of investigation and for deliberately dragged by the fourth respondent police from pillar to post to complete the pending investigation, by considering my representation dated 18.07.2025.
