This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the

3/6 petitioner on 12.05.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of permission granted by the 5th respondent vide letter dated 31.07.2024, in favour of respondents 7 to 11 by means of a forged No Objection Certificate created by the 7th respondent by forging the signature of the petitioner. 2.Heard Mr.M.Sivarthanan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.K.Murthi , learned Government Advocte appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 4 to 6. 3.

4/6 private respondents and take a decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the final decision is taken, the 4th and 5th respondents need not act upon the No Objection Certificate. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
