ORDER
The petitioners who were voluntarily surrendered before the XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai on 09.07.2025 for issuance of NBW on 09.06.2025 by the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in S.C.No.577 of 2023, which was taken on file for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 120(B), 341, 302 r/w 149 IPC, seeks bail. 2.The petitioners herein/accused in S.C.No.577 of 2023 jumped bail and therefore, NBW was issued on 09.06.2025 and secured on 09.07.2025 and because of their absence, trial could not be commenced and it was earlier reported that the matter was adjourned to 18.08.2025 for framing of charges. However, for some reason the charge could not be framed on that day. The case against him was spilt up and assigned new S.C.No.577 of 2023. Even thereafter, the petitioner had absconded and hence, NBW was issued on 09.06.2025 and secured him on 09.07.2025. 2/4
