This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case and file a Final Report in Cr.No.168/2022 dated 28.10.2022, before the concerned court, within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.168/2022, charge sheet was filed before the Mahila Court, Perambalur vide E-Filing No.LTN20220002718C20250034 on 23.04.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
