A/M. Apparswamy Temple v. K.Kamalakannan

This application is filed to substitute the name of P.R.Sathish Kumar, who is the present Hereditary Trustee of the appellant's temple in the place of previous Hereditary Trustee P.V.Rajkumar, who died on 27.02.2021.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.

4. List the Second Appeal for final disposal on 21.11.2023.
