ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the TASMAC shop, which is the subject of this writ petition is likely to be shifted, which will be detrimental to the petitioner's interest.
2. It is now represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 5 and 6 (TASMAC) that there is no proposal to shift the TASMAC shop, which is the subject matter of this writ petition. He also refers to paragraph No.7 of the counter affidavit filed by the 6th respondent, which reiterates the said submission.

3. Since a categorical submission has been made by the 6th respondent that there is no proposal to shift the subject TASMAC shop, the apprehension of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition no longer stands.
4. After recording the fact that there is no proposal for the respondents to shift the TASMAC shop, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
