ORDER
The present Civil Revision has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2024 pending before the Principal District Court at Dharmapuri.
2. Mr.P.Valliappan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that, the 1st petitioner is a trust and in order to achieve the objectives of the 1st petitioner trust, the property belonging to the trust is sought to be mortgaged and permission has been sought for from the trial court. However, despite the fact that there is no respondent opposing the request of the petitioners, the trial court has been postponing the hearing in the said suit.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I have also gone through the materials placed on record.
4. Considering the urgent relief that has been sought for and also considering the necessity for approaching the Court, I direct the Principal Page No.2 of 4
District Court, Dharmapuri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2024 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.
6. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
