This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to challenge the notice issued under Section 111 of Cr.P.C to the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that now the disputed Temple had been taken over by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Board. Therefore, no proceedings is pending as against the petitioners and the respondents.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
